Historic Fort Worth’s Property Parade Program is available to owners and Realtors of historic properties, 50 years or older, who wish to advertise their property for sale. We provide an opportunity to connect your property with buyers nationwide who are specifically interested in well-maintained historic buildings.
Conditions
- One page ad is $100 (includes maximum of 2 photos or 1 photo & a floor plan)
- Additional photos on the same page are $10.00 each
- Scanning charge is $10.00 for each photo that is not provided to Historic Fort Worth in digital format, either via e-mail or CD
- Prices for ad changes:
- The fee is $10.00 to change the price of a property
- The fee is $20.00 to make copy or photo changes
You can receive a 20% discount (on the ad price) if you are a member of Historic Fort Worth. There are two categories of membership, individual and corporate. (Please click on “memberships.”) If you are already a member, please indicate this on your completed advertising agreement.
We will make every attempt to post your listing as soon as possible; however, we reserve the right to take up to two weeks. Ads remain on the page until the property sells or for six months, whichever comes first. The advertiser agrees to notify Historic Fort Worth when the property sells.
Instructions
- Print and fill out the short advertising agreement
- E-mail Corry Smith the following information:
- Photograph of the property (in black/white or color jpeg format)
- 400 words or less of copy, including the history of the property, any historic designations and factual information concerning rooms, zoning, and conditions of the structure. Historic Fort Worth reserves the right to edit materials submitted for publication
