Chairs for guests may be set on the lawn to view the bride and groom on the front porch. A front lawn ceremony or reception usually accommodates a guest list of 125. There is also standing room for more guests if they attend only the ceremony or if the reception to follow is also outdoors.

Original parquet floors and woodwork adorn the interior of the house and evoke the romance of a grand era. A seated wedding ceremony and/or reception for 70 people may be held indoors. The house possesses timeless elegance as well as warmth and intimacy for you and your guests while exchanging your wedding vows. A reception buffet and the wedding cake(s) may be set up in the house. Alcohol is allowed on the property, but please no red wine or other red beverages so that we can continue to keep the house and its surroundings in its original, mint condition.

Our hand-laid brick patio, originally a turnabout for carriages and early motorcars, offers another scenic area for an outside wedding ceremony or reception.
